Is this the end of civil discourse?

I think there’s a new awareness that’s been brought in over the past couple years that’s reigniting civil discourse. I don’t think civil discourse is something that could end to be honest [sic], given that there will always be people who are aware of how flawed a system could be or how it could be better.
